A 3-day programme aimed at mid-stage start ups.
Programme participants will have sufficient time to review their businesses strengths and weaknesses in order to be able to create a roadmap for growth. This course will enable participants to understand how to use their financials to grow their business; how to developing an appropriate marketing strategy, devising routes to markets, retaining customers. We will review current staffing and its contribution to success. We will review the current sales cycle and set targets and KPIs with a view to turning the business into a profitable operation.
